Her journey into holistic health was profoundly shaped by her personal battle with breast cancer at the age of 35, which ignited a mission to empower others to make informed choices for their health and well-being.
As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Hillary guides individuals—especially women—through small, actionable steps that evolve into lifelong habits. Her approach focuses on the powerful connection between body, mind, and environment, emphasizing how mindset, behavior change, and even the microbiome can influence overall well-being. Her programs are tailored to help clients build lasting health by integrating nourishing foods, sustainable practices, and a deeper connection to self-care.
