Hi, I'm Hillary, a small-town Ohio girl living in Florida for nearly 20 years.  As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I'm passionate about holistic health and wellness.   I love to cook and know how to eat healthy but still make food taste yummy.  I kicked breast cancer's butt and am the happiest and healthiest I've ever been. I’m a goal-setter and achiever, and I've learned a lot on my own journey.  I’m here to guide you on yours by creating a personalized plan to help you reach your health and wellness goals, with support and accountability along the way. Together we will incorporate small daily habits that will improve your overall quality of life. I look forward to helping you become your best self!

Week 3-11 - Navigating Your Wellness Journey: Progress Tracking & Guidance

  • Weekly 30-minute Zoom sessions

  • Track progress and provide personalized guidance

  • Assess progress, adjust herbal formulas, and refine wellness plan

Week 12 - Honoring Your Progress: Reflection, Celebration, Future Plans

  • Deep reflection on journey, milestones, challenges, and gained insights
